• Businesses that require monthly GBP optimization and on-site local SEO for English-language audiences

Please do NOT order if:

• Your GBP has been flagged, suspended, or penalized
• You've previously used CTR manipulation, fake reviews, keyword stuffing, or traffic bots
• You're running other SEO campaigns or edits during the optimization
• You're looking for a quick fix or expect guaranteed rankings

We work only on listings that follow ethical SEO practices. If black-hat signals or interference are detected, we reserve the right to stop the campaign without issuing a refund after the 7-day window.

After your order:

• You’ll receive a confirmation with a copy of the order form
• You're 100% responsible for the accuracy of the submitted data
• You must provide:
• A monitored, active email address for communication
• Access to your Google Business Profile within 24–48 hours
• Access to your WordPress site (admin role) if website SEO is included

We will verify that the information is complete, but the responsibility remains with you.

No. This service does not include Zoom calls, Google Meet sessions, or phone consultations. We operate asynchronously. At the end of each 30-day cycle, you’ll receive a comprehensive email report outlining the work completed, visibility status, and optimization insights.

You’ll receive a full breakdown in the final report, which includes:

• Audit and strategy adjustments
• Keyword and category alignment
• Technical and content updates
• Review and engagement strategy (if included)

Yes — if they are real. You're free to collect reviews as long as they are:

• 100% genuine
• Submitted by real customers
• Compliant with Google’s guidelines

If fake, incentivized, or mass-generated reviews are detected, we may stop the service without refund.

You have 7 calendar days from payment to request a refund and stop the service.

During this window, we begin the audit and strategy setup.

After 7 days, the campaign enters active implementation and no refunds are issued.

If a refund is requested after 7 days, no audit insights or internal reports will be delivered. For monthly plans, each renewal comes with a new 7-day refund window.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate the campaign if:

• You (or someone on your team) make conflicting changes to the GBP or website
• We detect black-hat tactics, fake traffic, fake reviews, or manipulation attempts
• You fail to provide required access within 48 hours

In these cases, if the 7-day refund window has passed, no refund will be issued.

You can submit up to 5 keywords when ordering. Keywords may include or exclude geo-modifiers (e.g., “family lawyer” or “family lawyer New York”).

Keywords cannot be changed once the campaign begins.

We use a progressive geo-targeting strategy based on performance and market conditions:

• Month 1–2: 1 to 5-mile radius around your main location
• Month 3: expansion to 5–7 miles
• Month 4+: expansion to 7–10 miles

Campaign targeting is adjusted based on:

• GBP age
• Number of real reviews
• Website optimization level
• Local brand strength and market competitiveness

We support GBP profiles and websites that are:

• Written in English
• Targeting English-language keywords
• Serving any geographic region, globally

The language and keyword targeting must be in English, even if your business operates outside English-speaking countries.
