2. PADDLE AS AUTHORIZED RESELLER AND MERCHANT OF RECORD↑
Where a GMB Crush purchase is processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the transaction.
Paddle is responsible for the commercial payment transaction with the Buyer, including applicable payment processing and relevant sales tax, VAT, GST or similar transaction-related obligations handled by Paddle.
GMB Crush remains the supplier, developer and operator of the Product and controls the license and access to GMB Crush software, training and related resources.
For transactions processed through Paddle:

E. Nothing in these Terms prevents Paddle from exercising rights available to Paddle as Merchant of Record.
F. Where a refund for a Paddle transaction is approved, the refund is normally processed through Paddle.
3. ELIGIBILITY↑
You must be at least eighteen years old or the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase a paid GMB Crush subscription.
You agree to provide accurate and current account and registration information.
You may not use GMB Crush where the use of the Service would violate applicable law.
4. FREE ACCOUNTS↑
GMB Crush may provide a Free Account level.
A Free Account does not provide the same access as an active paid subscription.
A Free Account may provide access to:
A. Login access to the GMB Crush platform.
B. The GMB Crush Chrome Extension.
C. Features specifically identified by GMB Crush as free features.
D. Other limited functionality made available by GMB Crush from time to time.
A Free Account does not provide a right to access:
A. Paid software features.
B. Paid campaigns.
C. Paid reports.
D. Paid credits.
E. Paid training.
F. Premium AI Skills.
G. Premium workflows.
H. Premium downloadable resources.
I. Skool Community access tied to a qualifying paid subscription.
Free Account features may be modified, added or removed subject to these Terms and applicable law.
5. THE 14-DAY GMB CRUSH TRIAL↑
GMB Crush may provide eligible users with a fourteen-day trial.
The current GMB Crush fourteen-day trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
This means:
A. Starting the trial does not obligate the user to purchase a paid subscription.
B. No automatic subscription charge is made merely because the fourteen-day trial expires.
C. The user does not need to purchase a plan unless the user wishes to continue using paid functionality.
D. To continue using premium GMB Crush features after the trial, the user must separately choose and purchase an eligible monthly or annual plan.
E. When the fourteen-day trial expires, premium trial access ends if no eligible paid subscription has been purchased.
F. Premium software features become unavailable.
G. Premium training becomes unavailable.
H. Premium AI Skills and resources become unavailable.
I. Trial credits that remain unused do not have cash value and do not create a refund entitlement.
J. The user's account may remain active as a Free Account.
K. Free Account functionality, including the Chrome Extension where available, may continue to be used.
GMB Crush may limit trial eligibility.
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of repeatedly receiving trial access is prohibited.
6. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS↑
GMB Crush may offer monthly, annual or other paid subscription plans.
The applicable price, billing frequency, features, credits and benefits will be disclosed before purchase.
Unless the specific offer expressly states otherwise, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
For example:
A. A monthly subscription normally renews every month.
B. An annual subscription normally renews every year.
Where a purchase is processed by Paddle, the recurring transaction is processed according to the billing information displayed at checkout and Paddle's applicable terms.
7. CANCELLATION DOES NOT MEAN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION↑
Canceling a subscription normally means canceling the next automatic renewal.
It does not normally mean that paid access ends immediately.
Paid access continues according to the remaining paid entitlement and the rules described in these Terms.
8. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS↑
If you purchase an annual GMB Crush subscription and later cancel automatic renewal:
A. Your subscription will not automatically renew for another annual period.
B. You continue receiving the software access included in your plan until the end of the annual period already paid for.
C. You continue receiving eligible training access until the end of the annual period already paid for.
D. You continue receiving eligible premium feature access until the end of the annual period already paid for.
E. Where Skool Community access is included, Skool access continues through the remaining paid annual subscription period.
F. Canceling the next annual renewal does not immediately remove software access.
G. Canceling the next annual renewal does not immediately remove training access.
H. Canceling the next annual renewal does not immediately remove eligible Skool Community access.
I. At the end of the already-paid annual period, the paid entitlement ends unless a new eligible paid subscription is activated.
J. The user's account may then automatically move to Free Account status.
Cancellation does not normally create a refund for the unused portion of an annual subscription already purchased, except where required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable policies.
9. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS AND SEVEN-DAY GRACE PERIOD↑
If a monthly paid subscription reaches the end of its paid billing period and is not successfully renewed, GMB Crush currently provides a seven-calendar-day grace period.
During the seven-day grace period:
A. The user may continue logging into the account.
B. Paid software features remain available.
C. Existing paid-plan credits remain usable according to their normal rules.
D. Paid training remains available.
E. Eligible Skool Community access remains available.
F. Existing paid campaigns remain accessible.
G. The user may reactivate or purchase an eligible subscription.
At the end of the seven-calendar-day grace period, if no eligible paid subscription has been activated:
A. The account is downgraded to Free Account status.
B. Premium feature windows are locked.
C. Premium campaigns become inaccessible.
D. Premium reports and project information become inaccessible through the Free Account.
E. Remaining paid credits cannot be used through premium features.
F. Paid video training becomes inaccessible.
G. Paid training resources become inaccessible.
H. Premium Skills become inaccessible.
I. Premium workflows and automations become inaccessible.
J. The user is removed from the GMB Crush Skool Community where access was tied to the paid subscription.
K. The user may continue logging into the Free Account.
L. The user may continue using the Chrome Extension and any other functionality expressly available to Free Accounts.
The seven-day grace period is not a subscription pause.
10. DOWNGRADE TO FREE ACCOUNT↑
When a qualifying trial or paid subscription ends, GMB Crush may automatically change the user's account to a Free Account instead of deleting the login account.
After downgrade:
A. The user may still sign in using supported login methods.
B. The user may access functionality expressly designated for Free Accounts.
C. The Chrome Extension may remain available.
D. Premium software modules are locked.
E. Premium campaigns become inaccessible.
F. Premium reports and premium project information become inaccessible.
G. Paid credits can no longer be used through locked paid functionality.
H. Paid training becomes inaccessible.
I. Premium AI Skills become inaccessible.
J. Premium templates, workflows and resources become inaccessible.
K. Skool access tied to a paid subscription ends.
L. The former subscriber does not receive future updates to paid training or premium resources.
Paid training is continuously updated.
Previous paid access does not create a perpetual right to receive future training updates.
11. DATA AFTER A PAID SUBSCRIPTION ENDS↑
Downgrade to a Free Account does not mean that the user retains access to data generated through premium functionality.
After paid access ends:
A. Premium campaign data may become inaccessible.
B. Premium project data may become inaccessible.
C. Premium reports may become inaccessible.
D. Paid feature history may become inaccessible.
E. Premium connected functionality may stop.
F. Scheduled automations may stop.
G. Scheduled reports may stop.
H. Premium monitoring may stop.
I. Premium integrations may stop.
J. Paid credits may expire or become inaccessible according to the applicable plan rules.
The fact that information may temporarily remain stored in GMB Crush systems does not create a right for a Free Account user to access premium information.
Restrictions on access to expired premium data may also be applied for security, privacy and account-protection reasons.
GMB Crush may retain certain information where reasonably necessary for:
A. Security.
B. Privacy administration.
C. Fraud prevention.
D. Accounting.
E. Tax compliance.
F. Chargeback management.
G. Payment disputes.
H. Legal obligations.
I. Backup and disaster recovery.
J. Enforcement of these Terms.
K. Legitimate operational purposes permitted by applicable law.
GMB Crush does not guarantee that inaccessible premium information will remain stored indefinitely.
GMB Crush does not guarantee that previous premium information can be restored if the user purchases another subscription in the future.
Users should export important permitted reports before paid access ends.
12. REACTIVATION↑
A Free Account user may purchase or reactivate an eligible paid plan.
Reactivation may restore access to paid functionality included in the newly purchased plan.
However:
A. GMB Crush does not guarantee restoration of all previous campaign data.
B. GMB Crush does not guarantee restoration of old reports.
C. GMB Crush does not guarantee restoration of expired credits.
D. GMB Crush does not guarantee restoration of deleted or expired information.
E. GMB Crush does not guarantee restoration of an old promotional offer.
F. GMB Crush does not guarantee restoration of previous locked pricing unless the specific promotion expressly provides otherwise.
13. SKOOL COMMUNITY ACCESS↑
Certain GMB Crush plans and promotional packages may include access to the GMB Crush Skool Community.
Unless a specific offer expressly provides otherwise, Skool access is tied to the user's qualifying paid GMB Crush subscription.
This means:
A. Eligible monthly subscribers receive Skool access while their qualifying paid entitlement remains active.
B. Eligible annual subscribers receive Skool access while their qualifying annual entitlement remains active.
C. If an annual subscriber cancels renewal, Skool access continues until the end of the annual period already paid for.
D. Where the monthly seven-day grace period applies, Skool access may continue during that seven-day grace period.
E. When the qualifying paid entitlement ends, Skool access ends.
F. A Free Account does not by itself provide Skool Community access.
G. A former paid subscriber does not continue receiving future premium training updates through Skool.
GMB Crush may require the email address or identity associated with the Skool membership to match or be verified against the qualifying GMB Crush subscription.
Skool access is personal and may not be transferred, shared or resold.
14. TRAINING, SKILLS AND BONUS RESOURCES↑
Eligible paid plans may provide access to continuously updated digital resources.
These may include:
A. Training courses.
B. Video lessons.
C. AI Skills.

J. PDF resources.
K. Downloadable files.
L. Strategy documents.
M. Frameworks.
N. Private community resources.

P. Updated versions of existing training.
Unless GMB Crush expressly provides perpetual access to a specific product, subscription-based training access lasts only while the applicable paid entitlement remains active.
Downloading a resource does not transfer copyright or ownership.
15. LICENSE TO USE GMB CRUSH MATERIALS↑
Subject to these Terms, GMB Crush grants eligible users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use permitted GMB Crush materials for legitimate internal business purposes and authorized client work.

E. Changing plans may cause a promotional price to be lost.
F. Canceling a locked-price subscription may permanently end the locked price.
G. Returning later does not guarantee access to the previous promotional rate.
20. LOCKED PRICE↑
Where GMB Crush expressly identifies an eligible subscription as having a locked price, the locked price remains subject to the rules of the applicable promotion.
Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, locked pricing may be lost if:
A. The subscription is canceled and the paid entitlement ends.
B. The subscription expires.
C. Payment is not successfully completed.
D. The user changes to another plan.

22. NO SUBSCRIPTION PAUSE FEATURE↑
GMB Crush does not currently provide a general subscription-pause function.
Canceling a renewal is not the same as pausing a subscription.
If a user cancels and later returns, the user may need to purchase a subscription under the pricing and conditions available at that later time.
GMB Crush does not guarantee preservation of previous promotional terms after a paid subscription ends.
23. REFUND POLICY↑

Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
26. REFUNDS FOR TECHNICAL OR PRODUCT DEFECTS↑
