Claude AI Connector — Terms & Conditions

1. What the AI Connector Is↑

The GMB Crush AI Connector (the “Connector”) is an optional integration that allows a third-party artificial-intelligence assistant — Claude, provided by Anthropic — to access your GMB Crush account data and features on your behalf, from within the Claude application.

The Connector is provided as a convenience feature in addition to the GMB Crush web application. It does not replace the web application and is not required to use GMB Crush.

2. How the Connector Works↑

• You choose to connect your GMB Crush account to Claude.
• You separately and manually add the GMB Crush “skill” (a set of instructions) to your Claude account. This is an action you perform inside Claude; GMB Crush cannot and does not install it automatically.
• Once connected, when you ask Claude to perform GMB Crush tasks, Claude uses the Connector to read from, and where applicable create records in, your GMB Crush account (for example: listing and retrieving reports, or generating new reports).
• Your use of Claude and the skill is voluntary and controlled by you. You may disconnect the Connector at any time.

3. Third-Party AI Processing (Anthropic / Claude)↑

The Connector works together with Claude, a product of Anthropic PBC, which is an independent third party and not affiliated with, owned by, or controlled by GMB Crush.

By using the Connector you understand and agree that:

• When you use the Connector, data from your GMB Crush account (including report data, business information, account and usage details) is transmitted to and processed by Anthropic in order to fulfil your requests.
• Your use of Claude is also governed by Anthropic’s own terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those. GMB Crush does not control how Anthropic processes, stores, or retains data.
• GMB Crush is not responsible for the availability, behaviour, output, security, or data practices of Claude or Anthropic.

4. Data and Privacy↑

The Connector accesses only the data associated with the GMB Crush account you connect, and only to carry out the requests you make. This may include your synced Google Business Profiles, audit and ranking reports, competitor lists, account plan and credit information, and related data stored in your account.

Data accessed through the Connector is handled in accordance with the GMB Crush Privacy Policy, except that, as described in Section 3, data you send to or receive from Claude is additionally subject to Anthropic’s privacy practices, which are outside GMB Crush’s control.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Connector — including the transmission of any third-party or client data to Claude — complies with all applicable laws and with any agreements you have with your own clients or end users.

5. Credits and Usage↑

Actions performed through the Connector consume account credits and are subject to the same usage limits, plan entitlements, and fair-use rules as the equivalent actions performed in the GMB Crush web application. Creating new reports through the Connector will deduct credits from your account in the same way as creating them in the app.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your connected account, including credit consumption.

6. Subscription, Entitlements, and Loss of Access↑

Access to GMB Crush data and features through the Connector is tied to an active, paid GMB Crush subscription and to the entitlements of your plan.

If your subscription ends, expires, is cancelled, is suspended, or is downgraded, your access through the Connector is reduced or removed accordingly — on the same basis as access in the web application. This includes access to reports, audits, and other records previously generated and stored in your account: once your subscription ends, those records may no longer be retrievable through the Connector, even though they were created while your subscription was active.

The Connector enforces the same entitlement and access rules as the GMB Crush web application. Continued access to any content is not guaranteed after a subscription ends.

7. Skill Files and License↑

Any GMB Crush skill file, template, or set of instructions made available to you for use with Claude (the “Skill Materials”) is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these terms and an active entitlement, GMB Crush grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Skill Materials solely for your own use of GMB Crush.

You may not sell, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise redistribute the Skill Materials to any third party. GMB Crush may update, change, or revoke the Skill Materials at any time. Access to Skill Materials may be gated by plan or purchase and may be withdrawn if your entitlement ends.

8. AI Output Disclaimer↑

Claude is an AI system and can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise flawed. Any analysis, recommendation, content, or other output generated through the Connector:

• is provided for informational purposes only;
• does not constitute professional, legal, marketing, financial, or other advice; and
• should be independently reviewed and verified by you before you rely on or act upon it.

GMB Crush does not warrant the accuracy or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated output and is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on it.

9. Availability and Changes↑

The Connector may be offered on a beta, trial, or evolving basis. GMB Crush may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Connector, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability. Features, tools, and behaviour may change as the Connector develops.

10. Your Responsibilities↑

You agree to:

• keep your GMB Crush and Claude account credentials secure;
• use the Connector only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms, the GMB Crush Terms of Service, and Anthropic’s terms;
• not attempt to use the Connector to circumvent plan limits, entitlements, credit charges, or access controls; and
• ensure you have the right to process any data you access or transmit through the Connector.

11. Limitation of Liability↑

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB Crush’s liability arising out of or relating to the Connector is subject to the limitations and exclusions set out in the GMB Crush Terms of Service. Without limiting those, GMB Crush is not liable for any loss arising from (a) the acts, omissions, output, or data practices of Anthropic or Claude, or (b) loss of access to content following the end of a subscription.

12. Monitoring, Abuse, and Enforcement↑

All activity carried out through the Connector is logged, traced, and monitored. The Connector operates solely by connecting to the GMB Crush platform; it does not act independently. Every request made through the Connector is subject to, and constrained by, your subscription plan, your plan tier and entitlements, and your available credits, and is recorded against your account in the same way as activity in the web application.

You must not abuse, misuse, overload, manipulate, probe, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Connector or the GMB Crush platform. This includes, without limitation, any attempt to bypass or exceed plan limits, entitlements, credit charges, access controls, or security measures, or to force, trick, or otherwise cause the system to behave outside its intended operation.

If GMB Crush determines, in its reasonable discretion, that an account has abused, attempted to abuse, or attempted to circumvent the Connector, the platform, or these controls, GMB Crush may immediately suspend or terminate that account without notice — even if it is a paid account with an active subscription, including a prepaid annual subscription — with no refund of any fees paid. This is in addition to any other rights or remedies available to GMB Crush under these terms or at law.
