What is not considered a “medium” by default in Google Analytics?

Answer

  • Google
  • Organic
  • CPC
  • Referral

Local SEO Insights:

There are three default mediums in Google Analytics, and these are Referral, Organic and None. Without customization, Analytics is able to track these three. Organic represents traffic from unpaid sources and search results. Referrals are traffic that comes from another website that is not a search engine. None is a medium that is used for users that come directly to your website by typing your URL in their browser, or by clicking on a bookmark.
